Went to The Erko on Wednesday purely to try the Texas BBQ Plate. To be honest, for $22, we were really disappointed with what turned up.
We had 2 chicken wings, a small amount of brisket (the size of two chicken nuggets maybe) and a sausage. The chicken wings werent cooked very nicely - the skin was move chewy than crispy, the brisket was lovely as was the sausage.
The sides to accompany it were a mound of mixed leaves and half a handful of fries.
Overall, I was expecting both more in terms of portion and more in terms of quality.
Plus side, barstaff were super friendly and the Erko is a cool place.
