Take advantage of breakfast and lunch buffet options, or dine at night by the cascading water feature and peruse an à la carte menu boasting entrées of seared scallops, Jerusalem artichoke purée, semi-dried cherry tomatoes and finger lime dressing. For the main affair, delve into slow-cooked beef cheeks with potato fondant, vegetables and shallots, or miso-glazed toothfish, coriander crumbs, garlic, asparagus and parsley.
