Locally owned and operated, this award-winning venue is simply Whitsundays on a plate, dishing up a true North Queensland experience, complemented by a twist on the drink of sailors and spirit of the sugar cane fields. Grab a cocktail from Dr Rum and retreat to the pop-up courtyard with its street side tiki bar, before devouring pan seared scallops, char-grilled chorizo, cauliflower puree and balsamic reduction. For the main affair, don’t go past fresh, local chilli mud crab, in Thai-style curry sauce with steamed rice; or pan-fried red throat emperor, smoked eggplant and tahini puree, with rocket, feta and semi-dried tomato salad.
