Duncan has a passion for food. It oozes out if every fibre of the menu. When hosting a degustation menu Duncan immerses himself in the theme and entertains his diners with an explanation of the meal. The menu does not need to be large as it changes frequently. It provides tremendous value for diners as meals are well crafted and beautifully presented. The wine list is developing over time but is limited by the need for value. So top end wines are well under $80. Great work Duncan!

We love the food at Fusion Restaurant Colac. It's great to have a venue that provides and alternatives to "pub style" menus and somewhere that regularly changes their menu. The atmosphere is intimate without being pretentious and you can tell how much love (I know it's cheesey) is put into the food.
Meals are divine, service friendly and very attentive, wine excellent. There is no other choice but to have 3 courses!

Fusion satisfies all your senses! The moment you walk in you are greeted by a tastefully decorated space which includes an impressive wine display. The staffs were friendly and helpful when explaining the dishes of the 3 very generously proportion courses that took our taste buds on an amazing journey. In a nutshell AWESOME experience!!!!
