A European-inspired vibe flows through the indoor dining and bar area, spilling out onto the alfresco dining bank along the footpath reflecting the area’s relaxed yet sophisticated vibe. Kick things off with seared scallops, cauliflower purée, fennel kimchi and chorizo, or ocean trout tataki, wasabi ponzu, sea purslane, edamame and salmon roe; moving onto signature snapper pie with roasted garlic, broccolini and soubise sauce. Perhaps Moreton Bay bugs entice, with lemon herb butter and aioli, enjoyed with a glass of Pinot Grigio; sticky date pudding and butterscotch sauce make for the ideal finish.
