From a menu focusing on premium ingredients crafted with imaginative flair, dive right in with an entrée of seared scallops, cauliflower purée, chorizo, nduja crumb and capers, or cucumber cured King trout, apple basil gel, wasabi peas, yoghurt crisps and freeze-dried lemon.
