Since opening his first burger joint in 2014, Harry’s passion for creating distinctively different burgers has only grown; his buns are exclusively made for his burgers and his fresh ingredients are prepared daily onsite. From the meat to the marinade, everything is made in-house – think the Pitt Master with Texan brisket, Louisiana pulled pork, double cheese, caramelised onion, mixed slaw, chipotle mayo and BBQ glaze. Perhaps wrap your mouth around Southern fried chicken tacos, with slaw, pickled carrots, chipotle mayo and jalapeños; or a tenderised fillet steak sandwich with onion, cheese, mayo, tomato, lettuce and tomato jam, on sourdough, enjoyed with a glass of Shiraz.
