Fantastic venue, staff and food
Visited Hide with my daughter. We received a very warm welcome upon entering and were seated straight away. We had the pork belly dumplings and duck croquettes for entree. The flavours were amazing and presentation was excellent.
For main we had striploin steak with both mushroom and pepper sauce., burnt broccolini and fries as our sides. The steak was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. For dessert we ordered the bee hive WOW. What an intricate desert with amazing flavours in every element. thanks to the chef and all the staff for a very enjoyable evening.

WOW
An unbelievably great restaurant, whether it's the décor, the service or the food. This restaurant is amazing. My wife had the Pure Black Bavette steak with the Mustard Flight Sauce (collections of mustards including, Dijon, Seeded, Horseradish and Hot English) and I chose the Pure Black Scotch with Mushroom Sauce and we accompanied this with Burnt Broccolini and a Potato & Bacon Gratin. Both steaks were cooked to perfections and were very tasty and the sides were excellent. We weren't going to have dessert but because the mains were of such a high quality we decide to order the dessert and once again, we weren't disappointed as we both ordered the Bee-Hive, a must order to finish the evening. Five stars.
