About Klimataria Greek Restaurant

Authentic cuisine cooked fresh daily is what you’ll find on the plate at Darwin’s newest Greek restaurant Klimataria on Presley Street in Stuart Park. A blue and white nautical vibe evokes dreams of the Aegean at this dining destination - whose owners met in Greece where Nick was a fisherman and Foula was on holiday - while on balmy NT nights, the twinkling lights of the alfresco area beckon to watch stunning sunsets. Nothing brings people together like good food, so settle in with friends for appetisers such as succulent shallow-fried octopus balls with traditional Greek herbs; before French-cut lamb chops, chips, tomato, onion, pita bread and tzatziki. Perhaps devour an open plate of chicken or lamb souvlaki, with all the trimmings and a side of lemon and herb oven-baked potatoes.

Great open air rooftop restaurant - a local favourite
This is a hidden gem. lovely family run restaurant hidden away on the roof of the Stuart Park Shops. We love the calamari.

Fantastic food at an excellent price
I come from Melbourne, Greek capital of Australia and have eaten at many Greek restaurants. None of them have been as good as this one here in Darwin. We had the seafood platter for two and a Greek salad. The seafood was varied, wonderful and plentiful. The salad was a genuine Greek salad and not just a garden salad with some feta thrown on top. The price was very reasonable also. If you come to Darwin and do not enjoy a meal here, you have missed one of life's great opportunities
