Hailing from a fishing village in Hokkaido, Executive Chef and owner Motomu Kumano brought with him discipline and perfection for authentic, handmade Japanese cuisine. Gather friends and family around the table in sleek and trendy minimalist monochrome surrounds of stools, high and intimate table settings; perhaps start with sushi rolls such as salmon and avocado, or sliced raw octopus, soy sauce and wasabi. For the main, slice your knife into perfectly cooked Wagyu striploin, or grass-fed eye fillet, with steamed rice and seaweed salad; while seafood lovers opt for smoky charcoal grilled kingfish collar, finishing with matcha ice cream monaka.
