Choose from a menu showcasing the traditional approach to dining echoing the rhythm of French cuisine as seen in entrées of snails with persillade butter or bluefin tuna belly and avocado tartare. For the main, think beef Rossini, pan-fried foie gras, spinach and truffle beef jus, or venison backstrap, roasted celeriac, parsnip purée and cognac jus, enjoyed with a glass of red. Finish decadently with a dessert of crème brûlée and peanut butter whisky.
