Bubble waffles have landed in Many at Little Shop of Waffles on The Corso. Sydney’s first bubble waffle café is the brainchild of four girlfriends and inspired by their collective more than 30 years of living and travelling around Europe and Asia, where they discovered the popular Hong Kong street food. The foursome has added an Aussie twist to their waffles with flavours such as Pavlova – combining pavlova gelato with fresh fruit and meringue inside an original bubble waffle – and ChocBerry, which has a choc-cookie gelato, fresh strawberries, Oreo biscuits and a Kit Kat finger, drizzled in chocolate sauce. Any waffle fan will delight in the unusual bubble shapes which make these temptations crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside; baked fresh to order, choose your own fillings and enjoy!
