We specialise in modern australian cuisine with a emphasis on Italian seafood as our name suggests. For breakfast we offer an extensive continental buffet with cooked options every morning. Room service is also available. Our dinner menu changes seasonally and we utilise only the freshest local produce. Currently our spring menu features a wide variety of meals assocaited with this season.
