Simply sublime
The 6 tastes plus dessert was excellent in every way. The melding of flavours and textures was superb. The service, from maître d, Simon, and the waitress, was exceptional. I wish we lived in Bendigo!

The chef is an artist. The incredibly simple yet elegant presentation is a pleasure to behold. Make room for the honey crusted pear crumble with lemon balm. WOW!
