The venue is the creation of Ben Walsh, who has been in the business for 20 years, and has achieved many industry awards, including coming 3rd place in the World Mixology Masters in Amsterdam.
Since opening it's doors in 2013, Miss Moneypenny's has attracted a huge amount of interest and press from around the world, and has fast become an iconic place to visit for locals and tourists alike. It has received several prestigious wins and nominations every consecutive year including being voted Best Regional Bar in Australia and listed in the Best 50 Global Finds by the Sun Herald.

We weren't expected your usual holiday restaurant experience, however we were so surprised of the level of cocktails and food. This restaurant could of easily been in Melbourne.

Absolutely loved the wonderful service, ambience and food! The staff were particularly helpful and made our dining experience special! Loved, loved the cocktails and will be back to dine there again. The Best Cocktails on the Sunshine Coast
This is my absolute favourite place in Hastings Street. I recommend their Pina Colada....served in a coconut...it's amazing!

My partner and I stopped in for an afternoon drink and ended up staying on for dinner. The cocktails were superb and wine list extensive. Bar snacks were delicious and well priced too. Can't wait to return!
