More of a Margaret River institution than a restaurant, Morries on Bussell Highway has been serving moreish snacks and creative cocktails for more than a decade. This award-winning small bar and restaurant specialises in tapas, cocktails and good times in fun and funky surrounds; either alfresco under trailing greenery, or indoors where an eclectic mix of artwork adorns walls and dimmed lighting sets a moody vibe. With a glass of wine in hand, delve into the Blackwood Valley beef tartare, with salsa criolla, capers, pickled cucumber, Manchego, crème fraiche, potato crisp, or the popular octopus dish, from Abrolhos Island, served with corn, aji amarillo, black garlic, teardrop and cherry peppers. Finish with poached rhubarb, lemon myrtle, coconut crumb, mascarpone cream and coconut sorbet.
