Inspired by more than 100 years of history, the Newmarket Room on Governor Macquarie Drive in Warwick Farm offers a unique, modern culinary experience. Located on the ground floor of The William Inglis Hotel, a stunning set-up showcases a boutique equine theme, while an alfresco dining area overlooks the gardens and Riverside Stables. Centred around a paddock-to-plate menu featuring local produce, stop in for breakfast to devour eggs Benedict with yuzu-infused herbed Hollandaise, poached eggs, crispy potato, kale and dukkah, on rustic sourdough. Dine later on starters like grilled octopus, yuzu chilli mayo, daikon, sugar snaps and nori crumb, before slow-cooked pork belly, black rice, compressed pineapple and Amaretto jus, or tenderloin minute steak, salsa verde, Texas slaw and chips.
