Inspired by Mexican flavours and traditions, come and explore the Victorian Georgian beauty that is No 92 Wine Bar and Restaurant on Glebe Point Road in Glebe. Once a private investigator’s office, this renovated elegant terrace venue oozes charm with whitewashed walls, open fireplaces and an eclectic mix of accents; settle in to graze on starters like scallops with taki kombu and cascabel butter and katsuobushi, or duck tacos with morita sauce, sorrel and handmade tortilla. For a memorable main, delve into rigatoni with ox tail ragu, pine nuts and Grana Padano, or King prawns, harissa butter and finger lime; before saying arriba to desserts of carrot and date pudding and black tea cream. Those who can’t decide may opt for the sharing three-course Chef’s set menu.
