About No Bones Byron Bay
No Bones about it! This Byron Bay plant-powered tapas and cocktail bar is on a mission to save the Earth one Brussels sprout at a time. Nestled on Fletcher Street not far from the salty sea air of Main Beach, take to the alfresco area at night where fairy lights twinkle, setting a chilled-out vibe in keeping with the Byron lifestyle. No Bones prides itself on making whatever is possible in-house, using as much local produce and as many local suppliers as possible; the menu is best enjoyed when shared, the easiest way to eat is to try the pre-designed tasting menu, or create your own with the help of your waiter. Perhaps opt for kalamari with nori salt, furikake and miso aioli; or butter curry with roast cauliflower, green beans, murgh makhani sauce, raita and jasmine rice.

No Bones opened its doors in April 2018 with a mission to change the way people think about vegan food.
Every menu we create takes time and care to ensure we source as many of our ingredients as possible locally, both to support our incredible farmers and also to minimise our carbon footprint. You'll notice that our wines are all Australian for the same reason. This is our little contribution to decreasing freight associated with our business.
As you probably already know a plant-based diet goes a long way towards fighting climate change and every meal counts.
