About Noodledoof Brewing Co

Named after the owners' nicknames, head to Noodledoof Brewing Co on Commercial Road in Koroit for all things beer and pub fare. This rustic brewpub and distillery on Great Ocean Road, housed in a former mechanic's workshop, comes alive at the weekend as locals and visitors alike drop in to sample craft beer and spirits, along with gourmet burgers and wings. Perhaps the Australian Pale Ale takes your fancy – dry hopped like a kangaroo with HPA Eclipse – it is well suited to the climate with notes of citrus fruit backed up by a punchy tropical bouquet; best enjoyed with a Reuben sourdough sandwich - corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and special Doof sauce. For the main, devour slow-cooked beef cheeks, in red wine sauce with smashed potato, caramelised onion, pickled celery and radish.

A few words from Noodledoof Brewing Co

The rumour mill was swirling when Noodledoof first set up shop in Koroit. Is it a replica of a small German village? Is it a noodle shop serving slurpable bowls of goodness? No, it's a craft brewery and distillery created by two mates, Noodles and Doof who wanted to make quality craft beer and spirits that are exciting, adventurous and approachable.

Noodledoof beers utilise local ingredients and are influenced by the changing seasons allowing the team to get creative in the brewhouse, with a constantly evolving tap list. Most of the beers are made in small batches so they have seasonal availability check out what they have been up to lately.

For Noodledoof's range of spirits, they teamed up with local Aboriginal Corporation, Worn Gundidj, utilising their expert knowledge of the surrounding area. The gins have a unique flavour profile from native botanicals such as correa alba, lemon myrtle and mountain pepper.

The Noodledoof taproom is a refurbished motor garage in the small Irish Village of Koroit. The space has been revitalised as a vibrant community hub for tourists and locals alike. The surroundings inspire them daily, from the beauty of Tower Hill Reserve to the wild South-West ocean.
