Walking along the busy main road at Concord on a Saturday morning you pass the bustling Espresso Organica. It is deceptively large with seating inside and outside. The staff work quickly, still with a smile on their face. The coffee is the best in Concord (which is no easy feat with so many great cafe's). The food is brought out quickly and looks as good as it tastes. We had the Belgian Waffles which were small, light and airy. Exactly the right way to start a morning. The Eggs Benedict isn't drowning in sauce so the flavours come through and the egg is cooked perfectly.
