With an icy glass of vino in hand graze on scallop tartare, potato and bottarga mascarpone, or cured veal carpaccio, tonnato mayo and capers; before devouring pasta tempters such as paccheri with lamb shoulder ragu, white wine and salsa verde butter. Dry-aged rib eye, confit garlic, rosemarino butter and sides of shoestring fries and roasted Brussels sprouts are sure to entice; finish with traditional tiramisu.
