About Palavas les Flots International Restaurant
Taste the flavours of the globe among lush tropical gardens at Palavas les Flots International Restaurant on Charlton Esplanade in Torquay. Nestled in the Riviera Resort, this stylish Hervey Bay dining destination exudes a coastal vibe of white-clothed tables with aqua accents and walls adorned with an interesting mix of artwork; while alfresco, white wrought iron table settings beckon as balmy breezes rustle palm trees. Stop by after a beach walk for eggs Benedict on housemade brioche with bacon and Hollandaise sauce; while later diners delve into fettuccine with prawns, calamari and black mussels with garlic, olive oil and parsley. For a romantic evening meal, enjoy pan-fried chicken scallopine, mushroom, garlic, marsala and brandy demi-gaze, cream and asparagus, wrapped in prosciutto.

Had brunch with friend here. It was our first visit & by no means our last. Friend had 2 very generously sized pieces of french toast & bacon with maple syrup on side. Delectable. I had bruschetta - single slice of sour dough, lightly toasted, topped with smashed avo, generously topped with cherry tomatoes, basil & fetta. So very fresh & delightful. Will be back soon to try lunch menu.
What a great restaurant! !
Our first visit to Palavas restaurant at Torquay which I am sure will be the first of many. Thank you Serge for an exquisite lunch served in a relaxed atmosphere .
Next time, maybe breakfast to try your eggs benedict or Dinner to sample your delicious food.
