Discover the art of artisanal smokehouse cooking along with estate wines at Poachers Pantry on Nanima Road in Springrange. This restaurant, cellar door, farm shop and country wedding and event destination uses only traditional hand-crafted techniques and natural wood smoke to produce award-winning dishes in spectacular surrounds, whether taking in vineyard vistas from the alfresco deck or sampling wines while dining indoors at cosy table settings. Choose from sharing options that may include scallop crudo, elderflower and honeydew melon, grilled cucumber, crème fraiche and radish, paired with a glass of Poachers Vineyard Chardonnay. Move onto memorable mains such as aged grass-fed rib eye, Poachers Syrah jus, horseradish and a grain salad on the side, finish with soufflé cheesecake.

Poachers began in 1991 and was built around our love of good food and sharing with family and friends. From simple beginnings as an artisan smokehouse, we have grown to include the Smokehouse Restaurant, Poachers Vineyard, farm shop, cellar door, country wedding and event destination.
Our Executive Chef, Adam Wilson shares a passion for seasonal, regional produce and presents his dishes in a Sharing Menu style across the restaurant dining and casual outdoor Smokehouse Snacks menu.
The wonderful food, wine and grounds paired with country hospitality allows our guests to create delicious memories with family and friends.
