From a menu showcasing native ingredients, dive right in with deep-fried native spiced butter chicken wings, yoghurt and pickled celery; before mains like pork belly, roast pumpkin, pickled baby carrot and fennel salad, broccoli purée, raspberry and strawberry gum sauce.
