Located in the rapidly expanding Bella Vista restaurant precinct overlooking Norwest Lake, Quoi is an elegant destination offering fine dining in moody surrounds, with golden-hued lighting and understated simplicity creating an intimate ambience. From Joshua Mason’s menu of rare and beautiful ingredients where texture, flavour and harmony are paramount, delve into an entrée of confit escargot, smoked speck and mushroom; before mains like hand-cut Côte de Boeuf - dry-aged Black Angus, pomme purée, jus and sides of grilled broccolini and cauliflower gratin. Charred Murray Cod, roasted peppers, tomato, caper and fennel appeals to seafood lovers; finishing sweetly with chocolate layered cake.

Wonderful night out celebrating my husbands birthday. The service, ambiance and food are all 5 stars. Our favourite restaurant in the area and Mirabella at Crowne Plaza on central coast is excellent too

As good as two hat restaurants and some 3 hat restaurants I have patronised.
Clever original combinations of food groups. I am not a vegetarian but some of his vegetarian dishes are excellent.
The Absolute Best Take-Away in the Hills during Isolation in 2020
During this time of Covid19 isolation Joshua and the team have excelled in developing a take away menu that is absolutely fabulous. Last night my wife and I had the 5 course tasting menu, which included Quoi's classic steak tartar. His devotion to customers, staff and of course the food is amazing. Thank you so much.
