Adding a hit of flavour to Sydney’s inner west culinary scene, this restaurant takes its name from the owner’s hometown of Recco on the Italian Riviera and delivers traditional Ligurian food, served in stylish surrounds of tiled pillars, rustic recycled timber walls and potted greenery. Say grazie to starters of beef carpaccio, rocket, mushrooms and grana Padano, or black mussels, tomato sauce, garlic and chilli. Pasta lovers opt for spaghetti with vongole, garlic and chilli, or pappardelle and Bolognese ragu; or pick up a slice of gourmet pizza topped with fior di latte, hot salami, gorgonzola, eggplant and grana Padano.
