The traditional Brazilian Barbeque at RIO Parramatta is the perfect Brazilian

serving unique marinated BBQ meats in the banquet menu
Patrons can simply sit back, relax and enjoy while passadores (rodizio meat carvers)
they move from table to table, slicing different cuts of tender meat onto your plate

Churrasco Banquet
The Banquet will begin with bread, salads, dips & side dishes.
While you are enjoying your first tastes the Rodizio Way,
You are going to be offered some of the finest cuts of meat & sides available

Churrasco selections include meats marinated for 24 hours;
skewered beef, chicken, chorizo, pork, lamb etc. All meats freshly delivered by local butcheries

Meats are marinated with: garlic, lemon, fresh herbs, cloves, cinnamon, portuguese spices,
honey, chilli, mint, wine. orange zest, thyme, French mustard etc
The Rodizio selection will include one of the most famous cuts of beef in Brazil – the Rump cap (Picanha).
This cut of meat is crusted in rock salt which is then cooked over hot charcoals and cut at your table

Rodizio Style
The Menu is served in a Rodizio Style - There are no fixed Entree, Main or Dessert
The Banquet is not served like a three course set menu
If you read the menu the food service can start anywhere, depending on what time you arrive

To complete your experience, Rodizio concludes our banquet by a serving of
banana and grilled pineapple, glazed with syrup and cinnamon
