Situated on the banks of the Parramatta River is the River Canyon Restaurant; it opened in 1985 by two brothers with a vision. The restaurant features a spacious main dining room, a large dance floor, comfortable seating, large windows, a separate area for small functions, outdoor seating (with smoking area), a fully licensed bar, two large video screens, data projectors, latest sound system, etc.
