Dive right in with coconut tempura prawns, basil and orange marmalade, before hooking a main of char-grilled WA lobster with lemon and garlic butter, hand-cut chips and baby spinach salad, beetroot, goats’ cheese and pine nuts, washed down with a signature Lady Marmalade gin cocktail. Finish with chocolate fondant and vanilla ice cream.
