With a vibe that could have been transported straight from one of Japan's eating precincts, picture a pale timber interior, Kimono-clad Japanese staff and a seasonal menu handmade in-house; choose from constantly changing dishes which reflect each season and offer a true Washoku experience. Pair your choices with sake and delve into the likes of snapper soup and daikon radish, grilled scallops and urchin sauce, or deep-fried anglerfish pâté and mochi seaweed tempura. For a memorable main, slice your knife into Wagyu sukiyaki with assorted vegetables and steamed rice, finishing with a decadent dessert of chestnut and walnut spring rolls, sake lees mousse, black bean and matcha.
