After picking up some seedlings for the garden, catch up with friends over Turkish-style eggs with herbed yoghurt, kale, pickled onion, flatbread and chilli oil, or a nourish bowl of wild rice, sweet potato, beetroot, kale, chickpeas, cabbage, avocado and lemon tahini dressing.
