Souta Japanese Restaurant

The food is so good!
I came across this little restaurant by accident. I didn't feel like cooking, so takeaway was on the agenda. They didn't open for another 20 mins, so I sat in my car and waited. I looked up their menu, deciding what to order. When the signs came out, I went in, and was greeted by a lovely, wide, open-mouthed grin. I made my order, returned to my car and waited. Roughly 20 mins later, I was home, eating the most delicious Shogayaki! Full of umami flavour, I felt like my insides were singing! Then went with a group of friends, who didn't know about Souta, and they all felt the same. Everyone was very impressed with the food. It's now my local go-to Japanese restaurant.
