We have been going to this restaurant for over 2 years now. The food is absolutely delicious. To be honest I have been getting the same thing for over 2 years because we love and enjoy it that much (Charcoal Marinated Beef), and when I say 2 years this is at least once a month to a fortnight and we often take friends there who are also impressed and come away feeling very satisfied and full. The side dishes come with your meal and are great and they top them up for you also. Sometimes you do need to book as they can get busy. The staff are so polite and because we have been going there for so long, they even remember our order including the lemon! I am very opinionated when it comes to food and I often complain if I do not get good service, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sunny Seoul! although the above review may be bad this is once in 5 times of being there it happened to that person and I have also had Excellent service and will continue to go there and recommend it to every one I know and meet. The furniture is pretty average but its a casual place and it has a comfortable environment even though we are sometimes one of the only Australians eating there we always feel comfortable.
Been to this premise about 5 times before, the last visit was totally unacceptable and dissapointing. This particular waitress was rude and impatient on several occassions. (it seems fine when we wanted to place more orders of beef wagyu, but when it comes to free complimentary dishes of kimchi and side dishes, she seemed very very annoyed! and never filled those complimentary dish orders).. totally unprofessional and very slow in sending out "raw" dishes of meat for bbq. dissapointed and embarrassed as we took along a group of friends and told them how great this little korean eatery was... hot burning charcoal was accidentally dropped into one of our guests's wine glass and dish by one of the waiters handling the charcoal, (yes, it could have burnt our hands on the table) will never go back again, they r very clumsy and beware....!!!!! not worth the risk and not worth ur money to get that sort of bad service!
