With a modern, industrial style of textured tiles, grey brick bar, black marble bench tops and black steel trim, locals return time and again for a signature Black Drum Roasters coffee and temptations from an all-day menu. Award-winning Chef Chevy McGrath serves up fresh, colourful and contemporary twists to café classics, like avo on toast, with green peas, golden beets, wakame seaweed, chia lemon and red vein sorrel; while sweet tooths won’t go past mango and pineapple toast, fresh berries, lemon balm, coconut sorbet and macadamia soil.
