Nestled in the Oriana Orange hotel, this stylish dining venue has walls adorned with vibrant murals, including peacocks, while softly glowing table lights and blue velvet chairs add a plush touch, ideal for lingering over a cocktail from the retro-chic bar. Be enticed by starters of oysters shucked to order or Nordic cured salmon, juniper, sweet mustard sauce, cranberries and melba toast; before indulging in roast duck breast and confit rillette, Savoy cabbage, purée of roots and bulbs and duck jus. Pair a glass of red with Scotch fillet, peppercorn sauce, potato gratin, broccolini and grilled fennel, finishing with chocolate hazelnut torte and whipped cream.
