Very difficult to find a park and had to walk quite some way from a car park up the road. A great looking restaurant which would be lovely if it offered to take bookings. Unfortunately it does not so there were a large number of people standing around waiting to be seated. It took our group an hour and ten minutes to be allocated a table and due to a lack of seating we had to stand for the whole time. There was at least one other group who waited a similar length of time. The menu did not offer a great variety of dishes, you could choose between sliders (mini burgers), burgers, salad or pizza. The pizzas looked fantastic, and I was told the chicken salad was fantastic, but the sliders (mini burgers) were as cold as a sandwich. The chips were lovely, crispy on the outside and were served with a tasty dipping sauce. To their credit the staff did replace the cold sliders and we were given a selection from their dessert chocolate tasting plate as an apology. We did not have any interaction with staff while waiting to be seated, however, once we were seated the staff were very friendly, polite and courteous. The waiting staff were smiling and seemed to really enjoy interacting with diners. The prices were reasonable and the serving sizes were generous. In conclusion; great staff, but the food was nothing special and the hour waiting time for a table and lack of seating was unacceptable and I would not visit again.
