What an amazing experience with exquisite food.
Praise to the head chef and kitchen staff who prepared a delectable meal. From the entree, mains and dessert. The winter menu is divine, please dont change it ? The ambience has always felt so comfortable, feels like home. The food itself was incredible. The pork belly was extremely well balanced, beetroot salad contained ample amounts of roasted vegetable with perfectly cooked chicken. The dessert!!! Impressive to the eye and tasted remarkable with the perfect amount of balance and volume. Thank you for such an amazing experience, your staff’s skills are invaluable.

The food is fantastic. It does take a bit longer to get your food when it is busy, but it is always worth the wait.

Lovely food, lovely staff and great atmosphere. My favourite so far has to be the white chocolate / chocolate mousse dessert... Amazing, I could eat it all day!!!

We had lunch at The Ritz on 30/11/2011. It was well priced and the food was delightful! I would highly recommend a meal if you are in the area.

I just went to the new Ritz on Hotham tonight after reading that it was under new management in the paper, I must say that it was AMAZING... the two new owners did such a great job, one is the head chef and the other the hostest... everything, food, wine and service was just sensational, like nothing else in traralgon and it was soo reasonably priced! I am just so happy with my night at the restaurant and want to wish the new owners all the best!!! Did I mention that it has all been re decorated- the chairs and tables were soo comfy and modern... I can't wait to book the company christmas party here!!! 120/100!!
