A fresh and modern fit out of raw timber is flooded with natural light spilling through floor to ceiling French bi-folding doors, which open onto a courtyard deck, creating a delightful, airy space to relax after a day exploring the vineyards. Enjoy a weekend breakfast menu of locally sourced produce to wake up slowly, such as Buxton smoked trout hash, horseradish cream and an egg over easy; perhaps stick around for lunch options of pan fried wild barramundi, native sweet potato puree, wilted Warrigal greens and pickled sea blight. Great setting, fantastic view, we had salt bush lamb and the paddle plate, the lamb was beautifully cooked and the lemon yoghurt was so yummy we wanted to take some home with us. The paddle plate was really tasty and to finish even though we were full the orange spiced pannacotta just was perfect. Can't wait to go back to try the breakfast menu on the weekend, it looks awesome
