Located in the Lakes Hotel, this stylish dining destination is named after the Andean passerine bird of the cotinga family which is the national bird of Peru; settle into curved banquette booths or blond wood tables and grey chairs indoors, or head alfresco and take in water vistas while sipping a cheeky cocktail or two. Snack on scallops with apple bread, salmon roe, cilantro and pickles, before devouring teriyaki beef skewers with toasted sesame seeds, spring onion and shichimi pepper.
