Great tasting authentic Thai food with pleasant surroundings and staff. Consistently good over many years.
Absolute gem
Eating out away from the inner suburbs always seems a risk as quality often drops but Vanilla Orchid gets top marks. This restaurant is spacious, warm and welcoming. The service was professional, attentive and friendly. The food was of a very high quality and the portions were generous which is always a big plus in my books. Yay for having Beer Lao on the menu. They obviously pay good attention to details here, as the setting is relaxed but polished. It seemed very welcoming and had a great atmosphere, being peaceful but evidently popular with local people. We'll be back next time we're in the area.
