Set sail on a flavoursome journey and enjoy great wine at Voyager Estate Restaurant on Stevens Road at Margaret River. Guests enter a dining room with a high vaulted wooden beamed ceiling and tiled floors, taking a seat at tapestry covered chairs to enjoy a drop from the estate cellar, while perusing a four or six-course wine-paired degustation menu brimming with fresh, local produce. Sample dishes such as marron tail with tarragon, spinach, caviar and crispy duck skin, inspired by the extreme seasonal colour changes vines undergo during the year, matched with a glass of 2015 Project Semillon Sauvignon Blanc. For a decadent dessert, the apple, honey and spice chocolate moss - a white dome filled with cream and spiced apple compote, on an oaty biscuit base - is a must.
Voyager Estate is blessed with the raw materials required to make great wine. From this strong foundation, the vineyard and winemaking team apply their craft and uncompromising passion to create elegant wines that do justice to their place in Margaret River.
Our place is uniquely suited to growing Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. Our red-brown gravel soils with stony clay sub-soils nourish our vines with a slow release of moisture and nutrients, which also allows us to produce some other quintessential Margaret River wines.
But great wine is just the beginning. Our Cellar Door invites you to explore our wines with immersive, behind-the-scenes experiences and menus that showcase the best in food & wine pairing.
Sit back with a wine flight in our Wine Room and try our range, from vibrant whites, to aged reds or rare limited releases, all of our wines are available to taste or enjoy by the glass. If you're feeling a little peckish, our chefs have put together a delicious selection of taste plates that compliment our wines. Take a sensory journey of discovery with our five-course tasting menu, presented by Head Chef, Travis Crane and his team. The menus showcase seasonal Margaret River produce, sourced for our own kitchen garden and local suppliers. Each dish is carefully crafted to match our wines, or choose your own wine from our extensive wine list which includes aged and limited release wines exclusive to the Restaurant.
