Set sail on a flavoursome journey and enjoy great wine at Voyager Estate Restaurant on Stevens Road at Margaret River. Guests enter a dining room with a high vaulted wooden beamed ceiling and tiled floors, taking a seat at tapestry-covered chairs to enjoy a drop from the estate cellar, while perusing a five-course wine-paired tasting menu brimming with fresh, local produce. Bringing together the best from the ocean, paddocks and kitchen garden for a wine-driven culinary adventure that captures the soul of Margaret River, sample dishes such as cucumber, sheep’s cheese and anise hyssop with a glass of 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, followed by corn, Geraldton wax and radish with the 2023 Coastal Chardonnay. Mushroom, asparagus and potato are paired with the 2020 MJW Cabernet Sauvignon.

Voyager Estate produces organically farmed, 100% estate grown and made wines of place, with 170 years of family farming heritage.

Commencing in 2023, both our winery and vineyard proudly bear full organic certification. The journey towards this achievement commenced in 2017, with our inaugural harvest of certified organic grapes in 2020.

Our wines reflect the unique qualities of our place in Stevens Valley, Margaret River, with its undulating slopes, warm summers and cooling maritime breezes, produced through low-interference methods to let the grapes truly shine. We are one of Australia's most innovative producers of world-class Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and varieties that evoke a true sense of place.

Top off your journey with an artisanal cheese board created by our chefs to accompany the wines. Walk-in tastings start from $10 and flights start from $15, with tasting fees redeemable on take-home purchases. But great wine is just the beginning. With Head Chef, Travis Crane, at the helm, the Voyager Estate Restaurant offers a five-course seasonal tasting menu, delivered with warmth, generosity, and finesse, over a three-hour duration.

To create progressive dishes intimately tied to their place, our team works with what they can find and forage from the Estate. What they can't grow in their organic Kitchen Gardens, they source from like-minded local producers who share their deep respect for the land.

Our menus evolve alongside key seasonal milestones in the vineyard, with Head Chef, Travis Crane, working closely with Sommelier, Claire Tonon, to create flavour pairings that tell the story of our magical corner of Margaret River. Sustainable, elegant, and just a little lavish.
