It’s brunch not as you know it at this Sydney café, which is the sister venue of Vine & Grind in Liverpool, as you chill out in bright and breezy surrounds with a glass frontage opening onto an alfresco area overlooking the water. With punchy flavour in each handcrafted dish, start your day with chilli scramble – folded eggs, spiced sujuk sausage, Persian feta, shallots, whipped sour cream, fermented chilli oil and coriander, on rye sourdough. Dine later on slow-cooked lamb shoulder, chips, souvlaki pita bread, tzatziki, tomato and onion salad and marinated feta; or a double cheeseburger with pickles and truffle Parmesan mayo.
