Drawing on Mediterranean flair and inspiration, drop by Willo Parramatta restaurant and bar on Smith Street to experience a fresh, unique and seasonally driven menu using Australian ingredients. Find drinks, dinner and design at this trendy Sydney destination, whether perching on a stool at the bar and enjoying a cheeky cocktail; or dining at round wooden tables indoors, as a full glass frontage lets in an abundance of natural light. Order entrées that are as stunning on the eyes as the palate such as kingfish ceviche, yuzu dressing, citrus fruit and sesame, or hand-dived Hokkaido scallop, Jerusalem artichoke purée and chilli oil; before larger plates of bucatini with blue swimmer crab meat, King prawn and baby spinach. Those who can’t decide may opt for the 9-course Chef’s tasting menu.

Beautiful ambience and food is delicious
A hidden gem (or maybe not so anymore as it was packed!) at Parramatta, @willoparramatta serves up an amazing dining experience. The beautiful ambience, meticulous service, scrumptious and truly delectable food and well-balanced cocktails, i'm surprised this is only a one hatted restaurant yet! The $128 Chef's tasting menu is so worth it! Generous portions and good quality produce, my fav being the scallops, smokey and tasty! The Wagyu skewers were perfectly grilled!
They had an amazing live performance and her voice was just perfect enough that you can still hear your conversations with friend but still enjoy her spectacular covers.
The only reason why I am not giving Atmosphere 5 stars is they could do with more outdoor heaters (although they offered cozy blankets).
We'll be back for sure.
