About Clover Hill Vineyard
Synonymous with elegance and refinement, Clover Hill Vineyard in Lebrina is one of Australia's very few premium sparkling wine producers in the traditional method. Established in 1986 on the site of an old dairy farm in North-eastern Tasmania, Clover Hill has a reputation for uncompromising quality, which has been recognised with awards like twice being awarded the state's vineyard of the year. Crafting wines of quality from traditional varieties of champagne – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier – the cool climate, volcanic soils and sheltered amphitheatre make for a long ripening season, allowing superior flavour development. Stop in with friends and enjoy a glass of 2016 Blanc de Blanc, paired with sardine pâté, pickled mushroom, bee pollen and honey loaf.

The worst service!
The venue was amazing as were the wines we got to taste. However, the service was appalling. Not once, but twice the male staff person was rude to us. Bad move. We would’ve bought quite a bit of their Pinot noir. Won’t be back.
