Tommy’s makes the booze, but you make the rules! Capeesh?
If you’ve never tried Italian liqueur…it’s easy. You drink it – after a meal or whenever the mood strikes.
Tommy’s Booze likes to keep its friends close and its ingredients even closer, making top-shelf booze by using only the good stuff. This Melbourne distillery saves the best bits of seasonal fruit for less sugar, less waste and a great fresh taste.
It started with a bag of lemons and Nonna’s limoncello recipe and when that turned out well, Tom Giurioli and Dan Leuzzi – who run Windsor’s much-loved Freddy’s Pizza – made more!

What came about as a culmination of chance, spontaneity and a bag of lemons, has grown into three sought-after high-quality Spritzes being stocked in some of Melbourne’s best restaurants and liquor stores nationwide.
After a friendly customer dropped the pair off the now infamous lemons, the penny dropped for Tom:
"I should turn the gift of these lemons, plus the gift of Melbourne lockdown free time, into limoncello.”
So, he called home to Rome to get Nonna’s recipe and then got busy testing it in the Freddy’s kitchen. A couple of months later, it was ready and the pair gifted some bottles to mates and gave some shots to takeaway pizza customers.

It was ‘noice’, everybody liked it, then everybody else wanted it – they started selling it. The range has now diversified to Limoncello, Mandarino and Lampone flavours.

Limoncello mousse: this dessert is true to Nonna’s recipe – zesty and crispy, where sour meets sweet.

Mandarino Spritz: this drink is fresh and unique in flavour…think candied citrus with a twist.
Lampone Spritz: for those who like something sweeter – it’s tangy, sticky and a berry burst of flavour.
