Delve into a Thanksgiving feast for both lunch and dinner on Thursday and Friday next week with a menu featuring all the traditional favourites along with gourmet twists. Expect to start with devilled eggs, NOLA spice and hot sauce, smoked kingfish tartare and butterflied shrimp with gumbo sauce.
For the main, Creole smoked roast turkey is the name of the game with cranberry sauce, chestnut and sausage stuffing with sides of roasted sweet potato, green bean casserole, Mama’s mash ‘n’ gravy, cornbread and fried sprouts. Salted caramel brownie bites complete your feast.
Pair this menu with warm hospitality, New Orleans culture, American whisky and wines from the Old and New World. NOLA’s back bar boasts more than 600 whisky varieties from around the globe – from bourbon to rye and single malt, every palate is catered for while the knowledgeable staff can guide novices and craft cocktails for aficionados.
