On Wednesday, January 29 the restaurant will feature authentic Chinese cuisine and lion dancing – gather around for a feast with flair and delve into fresh produce, premier meat and local seafood.
Embrace the New Year with traditional dishes including Peking duck pancakes, barbeque chicken, sushi rolls, chilli crab, steamed barramundi, sweet and sour pork, Hainanese chicken rice and assorted dim sum.
Additionally, indulge in Australian local oysters, Mooloolaba Tiger prawns, spanner crabs and Balmain Bay bugs, along with an abundance of artisan antipasto, succulent roasts, wood-fired pizza and European classics.
To finish, delve into artful desserts handcrafted by Citrique’s pastry team, such as mung bean cake and fried sweet dumplings and then enjoy the live theatrics of lion dancing at 8 pm.
