"We are located in a coastal town so this drink complements the area really well,” he explains. "The Queen G was actually named after the owner's partner, Georgie. The ingredients really reminded him of her and being a family run business, we loved being able to name it after someone in the family. It’s safe to say she also approves and loves the cocktail.”
With watermelon and lime juice along with elderflower and kaffir lime syrup, this Brookies Dry Gin cocktail has Summer written all over it. Cheers!
