Those looking for an event full of great food, feel-good vibes and a blooming good time will find it at The Butler - Potts Points’ popular open terrace which is inviting guests to swap their little black dress (or suit!) for some Spring-centric cocktail attire and secure a seat at its inaugural Garden Gala - a charitable dinner benefiting Wayside Chapel on Thursday, October 17.
The evening promises a floral-filled celebration, marking not only The Butler’s 10th anniversary but also Wayside’s commitment to nurturing community spirit for 60 years.
As the sun sets over Sydney’s breathtaking skyline, guests will be greeted with refreshing cocktails infused with garden herbs, and canapes, before the main event - a lavish seated banquet crafted by Head Chef Amber Doig, featuring fresh produce sourced straight from Wayside’s very own garden.
It’s a meaningful menu that promises an indulgent urban paddock-to-plate experience that truly delivers good-for-the-soul food.
Throughout the night, inspiring stories will take root, as speeches highlight the incredible work of Wayside Chapel and The Butler. Together, these local legends show that cultivating community spirit is the best way to make it bloom.
To round out the evening, there will be raffles and a silent auction, allowing attendees to dig deep and support Wayside Chapel’s ongoing mission to create a society built on kindness and compassion - and leave behind a legacy that has been flourishing in this neighbourhood for more than 60 years.
Tickets are $150 per person and bookings can be made online.
